Three years after triumphing against the oppression of Section 377, LGBTQI rights concerns are growing in areas of healthcare, employment, housing, and others. C-HELP studies the landscape of Indian anti-discrimination law and proposes the need for realization of social & economic rights to inform the legal recognition of queer relationships.
